What is Net Promoter?

Net Promoter Score is a metric used by companies to measure customers satisfaction and loyalty. It is calculated based on customers’ willingness to recommend the brand, products or services to others. It then places customers into one of three groups: Promoters, Passives and Detractors. The score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters.
